With the popularity of "low, slow and small" aircraft in the civil market, in order to strengthen the safety management of civil UAVs, and to ensure public safety and flight safety, in accordance with the Civil Aviation Law of the People's Republic of China and the General Aviation Flight Management Regulations, it is necessary to crack down on illegal aviation in accordance with the law. Strengthen the enforcement of aircraft and establish a comprehensive, multi-means, echelon distribution, active and passive combination, soft and hard killing combination, fixed and mobile combination, far, medium, near, high, medium and low combination UAV anti-aircraft equipment system for civil aircraft. Our company proposes the following construction scheme:
1. Full series.
Through the construction of the UAV defense system, all-weather real-time intelligent on-duty management and control can be realized, and the "low, slow and small" aircraft can be found in time, confirmed upon discovery, and disposed upon confirmation. It can record the whole process of early warning and countermeasures and provide effective and real visual image data. The management control center can observe the early warning situation in real time, so as to understand the scene situation in time, coordinate the dispatching command, and improve the timeliness of defense processing.
2. Multiple means.
Establish a set of UAV countermeasures system combining multiple means, multiple equipment and multiple systems. Its equipment includes: radio passive detection equipment, photoelectric tracking and identification equipment, radar active detection equipment, electromagnetic interference equipment (fixed/omni-directional jamming equipment) or portable jamming equipment, on-board UAV detection and countermeasure equipment, satellite navigation bait equipment, control center platform, etc.
3. Echelon distribution.
The first echelon is divided into all-route perimeter portable deployment radio+omni-directional jamming+portable countermeasures.
The whole system of radar+radio+jamming+decoy+anti-theft device is deployed in the central area of the second echelon, and the equipment is set up and guarded from 1 day before to 1 day after the activity.
Three echelons are deployed in the central area of the applicable object's activities: radio+omni-directional jamming+omni-directional decoy+jamming gun, and equipment and warning are set up from 1 day before the target's activities to 1 day after the activities to counter non-cooperative targets within 1 km of the urban environment.
4. Combination of active and passive.
The radio passive detection is combined with radar detection and photoelectric tracking and identification equipment. Through the radio passive detection equipment, the radio signal in the region is detected, searched and intercepted passively, and the radio signal is analyzed, identified, and its technical parameters, working characteristics, radiation position and other information are obtained to identify and track the UAV, Then the Doppler effect of the radar on the target echo is linked to observe, interpret and lock the movement state of the target, such as the height, movement direction and speed of the UAV. 5. Combine soft killing with hard killing.
UAV soft killing adopts fixed/omnidirectional jamming equipment and portable jamming equipment. UAV hard killing equipment adopts laser strike equipment.
6. Combination of fixation and movement.
The vehicle is equipped with UAV control system, radar, photoelectric, spectrum, bait, portable countermeasure, etc., which can be used for patrol and reconnaissance.
