Industry demand and background:

In April 2016, unmanned aerial vehicles often appeared over some prisons in Fuzhou late at night, and hovered around the prison area, teaching building, administrative office building and the military police camp. Fuzhou Gushan District Procuratorate said that the drone hovered over the prison, which may have major hidden dangers such as putting dangerous goods and shooting supervision facilities, affecting the prison management safety.




In 2017, more than 28 drone prison smuggling incidents were reported across South Carolina, the United States. Some escaped and some exchanged blows after prisoners obtained mobile phones from drone delivery in some cases.

The prison is a special area with high risk and high seriousness. The prison has the following risks for the invasion of drones: First, it steals the specific information inside the prison through drones, resulting in the disclosure of secrets, and even being used by people with ulterior motives, as a means of investigation to escape from prison or rob prisoners; The second is that illegal elements use drones to smuggle tobacco, drugs and even lethal weapons and other prohibited articles into the prison.

At present, the risk of UAV intrusion into prison is becoming higher and higher, and the incidents are becoming more and more frequent. The security situation of the prison is extremely serious, so it is very important to take necessary UAV defense measures.




Solution:

According to the relevant construction objectives of the prison industry, our company proposes to adopt a fixed+mobile deployment plan to build a UAV prevention and control system that integrates detection, identification, positioning and control, to provide the prison with 7 * 24 hours of unattended normal UAV identification and defense capability, to prevent the occurrence of serious accidents, and to provide effective help for the prison UAV control. The scheme is composed of UAV defense and control equipment (including radio detection equipment, omni-directional jamming equipment, portable jamming equipment), and UAV anti-system integrated control platform software. After the establishment of the UAV defense system, the prison unit area will be extended to cover a radius of no less than 3km to achieve real-time UAV detection and early warning control, and the UAV real-time trajectory given by the radio equipment will be linked with omni-directional jamming equipment or portable equipment.
